Backed by passion, research, and a vision for impact, we are building from scratch — and now, we’re looking for a Advisor (CMO) to join us on this exciting journey.Who We’re Looking For: An entrepreneurial, high-energy marketing leader who is ready to take on the challenge of building an entire brand and marketing strategy — from Zero to Launch, and beyond.

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader in one or more of the following sectors: Food, FMCG, Healthcare, Consumer Products, FoodTech, etc.✅ Deep understanding of the Indian market, with specific knowledge of West Bengal’s regional dynamics.✅ Hands-on expertise across B2B, B2C, D2C, and multi-channel marketing strategies.✅ Led 3–5+ projects from ideation to go-to-market (GTM)— either within startups or as a consultant.✅ Up-to-date with latest consumer trends, digital tools, and marketing tech relevant to Indian and regional markets.✅ Experience working with or in Startups, especially in early-stage or zero-to-one journeys.✅ A strong Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute fast with limited resources.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Advisor & CMO, you will:🔹 Build and lead the entire marketing function — from strategy to execution.🔹Create and manage the brand identity, voice, and positioning in the market.🔹Design and implement performance-driven marketing strategies across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.🔹Develop and drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.🔹 Work closely with other co-founders in product, business development, and operations to shape GTM plans.🔹 Lay the foundation of internal marketing systems, processes, and teams.
