Leading company in Steel industry is looking for strategic leader

Position - Chief Manufacturing Officer - CMO

Location - Hyderabad (HO)

Industry - Any (Automotive pref)

Exp - 20+ years

Qualification - BE/Btech and MBA

Note - Candidate with exp in Automobile / Automotive Component is Pref and must have handled business of 800cr and above.

Job role -

P&L Ownership
Full accountability for plant financial performance, profitability, and cost management.
Strategic Transformation
Drive long-term strategies for operational excellence and plant competitiveness.
Process Optimization
– Implement lean practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Innovation & Technology
– Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies and develop new product capabilities.

– Ensure world-class quality standards and adherence to safety & environmental regulations.
