Chief Manager - Credit Policy

You will be responsible for managing and expanding the Pre-Approved Base (PAB) Portfolio for various Consumer Lending products including Consumer Durable, Cross Sell, Credit Card, Personal Loan, and Gold Loan within the banking sector. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing data-driven customer targeting, product strategy, and campaign management to achieve growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies for pre-approved offers across lending portfolios, analyzing customer segments for pre-approved credit offers, collaborating with internal teams to define eligibility and credit policy, planning and executing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, automating offer visibility processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and refining targeting logic based on data insights. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Post Graduate degree or MBA, have at least 8 years of experience in banking or financial services with a minimum of 3 years in managing Pre-Approved Base, familiarity with digital lending journeys and automation tools, exposure to working with Banks, NBFCs, Fintech/Credit Bureaus, a strong understanding of retail banking products and customer lifecycle, hands-on experience with credit underwriting and bureau data, proficiency in campaign management tools, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
