Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business planning for renewals collections, persistency, surrender management, and onboarding control.
Define annual and quarterly plans aligned with business goals, regulatory needs, and market trends.
Build advanced dashboards/MIS to track KPIs such as persistency ratio, surrender and lapse rates, and onboarding exceptions.
Use predictive analytics to identify customer behavior patterns, risk profiles, and policy trends to drive targeted campaigns.
Perform root-cause analysis of surrenders and design data-driven interventions to reduce voluntary exits.
Support digital initiatives like Autopay win-back models, humanoid bot targeting, and customer segmentation models.

Requirements

8 - 12 years experience in analytics, business planning, or performance management—preferably in Insurance/BFSI.
Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel) and statistical modeling/predictive analytics.
Strong understanding of life-insurance renewals, persistency, surrender, and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; exposure to RPA, AI/ML tools is a plus.
