This is a leadership seat at the intersection of data, strategy, and scale. Were looking for a BI leader who doesn’t just report numbers—but translates them into stories that move businesses forward. If dashboards are your language and insights are your currency, this role is calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end BI, reporting, and analytics transformation roadmap
  
• Build and deliver high-impact dashboards, MIS, and executive-level reports with precision and speed
  
• Identify automation opportunities and embed analytics into core business reporting frameworks
  
• Partner closely with business, data, and tech teams to design scalable, insight-led solutions
  
• Democratize data access and enable self-service analytics across stakeholders
  
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BI team (internal & external)
  

Key Requirements

• 8–12 + years of experience in Business Intelligence / Reporting / Analytics
  
• Prior experience managing or leading BI teams
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of

  SQL, Python

  , and BI tools (

  Power BI preferred

  )
• Experience building automated, standardized reporting solutions in large organizations
  
• Good understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and analytics ecosystems
