ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and develop ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and Knowledge.
  
• Design and implement solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Record Producers, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  
• Manage and maintain

  CMDB

  , ensuring data accuracy, governance, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Configure and support

  ServiceNow Discovery

  , including MID Servers, credentials, schedules, and troubleshooting discovery issues.
• Design, deploy, and support

  Service Mapping

  for on-prem and cloud services.
• Implement Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) rules and manage multiple CMDB data sources.
  
• Develop and manage integrations using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , Transform Maps, and Table APIs.
• Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, update set management, and production deployments.
  
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
  
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics supporting ITSM and ITOM.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operational guidelines.

ServiceNow development experience (35 years)

• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
  
• Experience in Agile development environments
  
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA / ITSM / ITOM) – preferred
