Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Company: Asirvad Location: Valapad, Kerala Job Summary The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Asirvad, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and strategic growth. The CFO will lead financial planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management, and financial reporting, while supporting the leadership team with accurate financial insights and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning Develop and implement the companys financial strategy aligned with business goals Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making Financial Management & Reporting Oversee accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting processes Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and regulatory standards Manage internal controls, financial risks, and audit processes Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Establish strong financial governance and internal processes
Coordinate with department heads for financial planning and cost optimization Stakeholder Management Support Board and senior management with financial reports and presentations Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external partners Assist in fundraising, loans, and financial negotiations if required Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / ICWA (preferred) Minimum 1015 years of relevant financial leadership experience Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls Experience in strategic planning and business finance Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities High level of integrity and financial discipline Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel/ERP systems Competitive and commensurate with experience
