Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You are a skilled and strategic Financial Planner who will be a valuable addition to our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to enhance the financial health and growth of our company. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with business objectives. You will conduct detailed financial analysis, including cash flow management, profitability analysis, and preparing variance reports. Monitoring and evaluating financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial, and you will be expected to recommend actions for improvement. Managing investment strategies and risk assessments to ensure long-term sustainability will be a significant part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as accounts, operations, and management to support strategic decisions is essential. You will need to ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory frameworks in all financial operations and prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth will be key to your success. Additionally, you may be required to assist in securing funding or credit facilities when necessary. Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in financial management is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA/CA/CFA qualification is preferred. You should have 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or corporate finance, preferably in manufacturing, minerals, or related sectors. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
