Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the organizations overall financial strategy, governance, and performance. The role ensures financial stability, regulatory compliance, efficient capital allocation, and data-driven decision-making to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s financial strategy aligned with business goals
  
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls
  
• Manage cash flow, working capital, funding, and capital structure
  
• Lead investor relations, board reporting, and stakeholder communication
  
• Drive profitability, cost optimization, and financial discipline across the organization
  
• Assess financial risks and implement robust risk management frameworks
  
• Support strategic initiatives including expansion, M&A, partnerships, and investments
  
• Build and mentor high-performing finance, accounting, and compliance teams

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
  
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  
• Prior experience working with boards, investors, and senior leadership
