Educational and Professional Background MBA/ CA (preferable) with 5-7 years of post qualification experience An able communicator with clarity of goals and objectives and who can make people understand the business with absolute clarity Should have entrepreneurial approach towards business Hands-on approach who can work on his own and not necessarily requiring chain of sub-ordinates Professional Requirements Good knowledge of accounting, proficient in IND AS application and its conversion Good knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, GST and matters relating to HR laws Proficiency in computer application, ERP (desirable), MS suites Ability to design and provide MIS in a way to suit the business requirements Ability to work with array of investors and provide the right knowledge of business A team player, having trait to work with people from diverse professional background Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
