Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company, providing strategic direction and oversight of all financial aspects. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in financial management, compliance, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and performance.
• Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead financial audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to maintain the company's financial health.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis and projections.
• Lead the finance team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
• 8-12 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in India.
• Proficient in financial modeling and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
