Chief Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Manager will lead the Finance & Accounts function and ensure the organizations financial health through effective planning, analysis, compliance, and control. The role demands strong expertise in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and regulatory compliancepreferably in the NBFC or banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis, ratio analysis, and cash flow projections.
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally and ensure IND AS compliance.

Treasury Management

• Manage funding sources including CP, NCD, TL, PTC, and ECB.
• Maintain lender relationships and ensure compliance with lender agreements.

Taxation

• Handle direct and indirect tax matters including scrutiny assessments.
• Ensure timely filing of income tax returns and GST/TDS compliance.
• Manage tax compliance for foreign/overseas payments.

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Income Tax, RBI, and FATCA regulations.
• Oversee timely completion of tax audits and statutory filings.

Risk Management

• Prepare asset-liability statements and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement ECL and IND AS policies.

Strategic Support

• Provide financial insights for pricing, product launches, and fundraising.
• Prepare projections and budgets for tax and business planning.

Accounts Payable

• Lead vendor payments and optimize OPEX through cost-effective strategies.
• Submit monthly OPEX reports to senior management.

Audit Coordination

• Act as SPOC for statutory, internal, and regulatory audits.

Automation Initiatives

• Drive automation in EIR and GST calculations under IND AS
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified

  Chartered Accountant (CA)

  Mandatory.
• Minimum

  8 years of post-qualification experience

  in Finance, Accounts, and Taxation (NBFC or Banking experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  IND AS, GST, Income Tax, RBI regulations

• Proficiency in

  Tally ERP

  ,

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  ; familiarity with

  Zoho Books
