Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Chennai. The CEO will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, manage finance, develop and execute business plans, and drive business growth. Key tasks include strategic planning, fostering relationships with stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading sales and marketing efforts to expand the company's reach. The CEO will also be responsible for setting a vision and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Finance and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proficiency in Sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a CEO or similar executive role
