Chief Executive Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to prioritize and execute key business initiatives
  
• Lead or support cross-functional projects spanning strategy, operations, product, and marketing
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and build data-backed insights for decision-making
  
• Prepare investor updates, internal dashboards, and board materials
  
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose actionable solutions
  
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment on company priorities
  
• Own and drive special projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
  
• Act as a force multiplier for the Founder, managing time, information, and priorities effectively
  
• Support fundraising, hiring, partnerships, and strategic planning efforts as needed
  

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in management consulting, VC/PE, investment banking, startups, or high-growth environments
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication
