Key Responsibilities

Business Objectives

• Own and drive offline sales to fill national inventory by activating Indian corporate and partner networks
• Set clear goals through

  target planning, forecasting, and market mapping

• Build strong partnerships with

  corporates, travel agencies, aggregators, and influencers

  to maximize revenue
• Strategize and execute campaigns to stabilize and grow business volumes
• Conduct regular

  site visits

  , ensure partner engagement, and maintain a robust field presence
• Maintain and review

  monthly sales trackers

  , performance dashboards, and funnel health
• Share insights on market trends, competition, pricing, and customer behavior
• Stay responsive to change and apply

  competitive intelligence

  to enhance performance

People & Leadership Objectives

• Lead and mentor a

  team of 6+ on-roll employees

  with a focus on excellence and accountability
• Hire, train, and coach team members to build a high-performance culture
• Support team in

  negotiation, deal closures

• Enable effective collaboration with internal departments (marketing, pricing, tech, etc.)
• Conduct

Required Skills & Qualities

• 7 - 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in

  hospitality, travel, or service-led businesses

• Proven record in

  corporate onboarding, offline sales, and channel management

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Data-oriented with solid experience in

  CRM tools, Excel, and reporting systems

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities
