Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring optimal functioning of utilities, safety systems, and equipment. The role demands hands-on leadership, preventive maintenance planning, and compliance with brand standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems of the hotel.
• Lead and train the team of Multi-skilled technicians and ensure timely resolution of engineering issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Innovate and ensure new notions of sustainable initiatives for the hotel operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality maintenance standards and statutory compliance.
• Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.
