Chief Engineer (Real Estate / Construction Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all engineering activities for real estate projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Review and approve project designs, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing project timelines and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.Requirements:
• Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 18–20 years in senior engineering roles within the real estate or construction sectors.

Skills:

• Proven expertise in project management, structural engineering, and construction methodologies.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
