Chief Commercial Officer/Chief Revenue Officer

As a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in the BFSI SaaS / Fintech industry, your role will involve scaling revenue to 30M in 3 years across Banking, NBFC, and Insurance verticals. You will have the opportunity to lead revenue growth with a sharp Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and focus on enterprise client acquisition. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and driving high-performing sales & partnerships teams across the 3 verticals. Your role will also involve defining pricing strategy, enterprise partnerships, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are crucial for the business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead revenue growth with a sharp GTM strategy and enterprise client acquisition. - Mentor and drive high-performing sales & partnerships teams across Banking, NBFC, and Insurance verticals. - Define pricing strategy, enterprise partnerships, and KPIs that matter for the business. Qualifications Required: - Ex-Enterprise Sales Heads or Business Heads at high-growth SaaS/BFSI solution companies. - Deep BFSI network with strong knowledge of enterprise tech buying cycles. - Multi-vertical revenue growth experience. - Proven leadership in BFSI partnerships. - Exposure to data/analytics-driven product companies is a plus.
