AA :

Any US mortgage experience ( 6 months – 3 yrs)

Salary : upto 4 LPA

JD :

- Should have basic US Mortgage Operations & Terminologies know how with data entry skills

- Verbal & written communication skills needed

- Be able to understand & process financial & non-financial transactions involved in day-to-day operations under pre-defined rules

- Making note of pending items and follow up

- Typing Speed >25 WPM with Knowledge of Keyboard shortcuts

B1 :

Candidates who worked for Underwriting ( 2 – 7 yrs)

Salary : upto 8.5 LPA

Ability to manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure the loan meets established guidelines.

- should have experience in mortgage insurance guidelines

- Underwriter should have the ability to read the guidelines to determine whether each loan meets

the requisite guideline as specified by the Client.

- Should know how to run the AUS and verify the data integrity off the Desktop UW / Loan Prospector

- Review the Employment Guideline Requirements

- Perform Income calculations (salaried / Self-employed / Rental / Other Incomes)

- Validate all type of Assets including 401K, Bank Statements, Mutual funds etc.,

- Usage of Assets against Income requirement / qualification

NP : Immediate

Location : Shollinganallu, Chennai

Work from office for all 5 days
