Chemistry Teacher

Position - Chemistry -IIT -JEE Faculty

Location - Sangli (Candidates based out of Maharashtra are preferable)

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development:

  Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to the educational standards and curriculum guidelines.

• Instruction:

  Deliver engaging and effective lectures on chemistry topics, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry.

• Practical Laboratory Work:

  Conduct and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring student safety and adherence to protocols.

• Assessment:

  Develop and grade exams, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student understanding and progress.

• Student Support:

  Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs.

• Professional Development:

  Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of chemistry and education, and participate in professional development opportunities.

• Classroom Management:

  Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.

• Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with other faculty members, staff, and administrators to enhance the educational experience.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements:

  A Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field from a recognized university.

• Teaching Certification:

  Relevant teaching certification or credentials, if required by the employing institution.

• Experience:

  Prior teaching experience at the high school or college level is preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of chemistry concepts and teaching methodologies.
