Key Responsibilities
• Assist in conducting basic organic synthesis reactions, including setup, execution, and work-up
procedures under supervision.
• Handle reactions in autoclaves, monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time, ensuring
• strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks such as preparing reagents, maintaining instruments, and accurately recording data.
• Support senior chemists in sample analysis using techniques such as Titration, FTIR, pH, moisture
analysis, and GC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment, following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Participate in team meetings, assisting with data sharing, documentation, and process improvements.
