Job Description

Key Deliverables

Develop and modify cementitious mortar products for refurbishment and building finishing
Coordinate product development activities with technology, QC, production, and sales teams
Set up formulations for toll manufacturing and ensure ecological safety of raw materials and products
Maintain detailed technical records and provide training and supervision to technicians

Role Responsibilities

Perform chemical and physical tests for formulations and raw materials evaluation
Plan product development projects aligned with market needs and RD Head guidance
Support new/alternate vendor development for quality and cost improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies on confidentiality and safety
