We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the human resources function across our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HR strategy to support our business objectives and drive organizational performance. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, and regulatory compliance. As a vital member of the executive team, the CHRO will collaborate closely with senior leadership to foster a culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. This role will also involve implementing effective HR systems and practices, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet current and future business demands. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals

  • Oversee performance management systems to drive accountability and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations while promoting ethical HR practices
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a diverse and equitable work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience with change management and organizational development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams effectively.
