SHRI VRINDA RESTAURANT IS A PURE VEG RESTAURANT WHICH IS CURRENTLY OPERATING IN AYODHYA (U.P.) NEAR RAM JANMBHOOMI HIGHLY KNOWN FOR IT'S FOOD TASTE AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Shri Vrinda Restaurant, located in Ayodhya. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items with creativity and consistency, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and supervising and training kitchen staff. The Chef will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and collaborating with the restaurant management to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

Expertise in Culinary Techniques, Food Preparation, and Menu Development
Knowledge of Food Safety, Kitchen Hygiene, and Quality Control
Skills in Inventory Management, Supply Ordering, and Cost Control
Team Leadership and Staff Training capabilities
Strong Creativity and Problem-Solving abilities in crafting innovative dishes
Excellent Time Management, Organization, and Multitasking skills
Relevant certifications or degrees in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management are an advantage
Prior experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen is preferred
