Department: Kitchen Experience: 2 years Type: Full-time Job Summary:We're seeking a passionate and experienced Multicuisine Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a crucial role where you'll be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and preparing a diverse range of dishes for our in-house cafe. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present dishes across Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines with consistent taste, quality, and presentation. Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory, hygiene, and food safety. Plan and innovate menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes. Ensure portion control and minimise food wastage Train, guide, and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional chef experience in multi-cuisine kitchens. Expertise in Indian, Continental, Italian and Chinese cooking styles. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-cuisine restaurants or hospitality setups. Why Join us?
