Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Kerala dishes, especially Kerala Porotta, to maintain traditional taste and quality.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to plan and design menus.
• Manage food preparation for daily restaurant service and special events.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and assist in procurement when required.
• Train and guide kitchen assistants/junior staff on Kerala cuisine preparation.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years as a Chef / Cook specializing in Kerala cuisine (especially Porotta making).
• Qualification: No formal degree required; professional cooking/kitchen experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Kerala cooking techniques and flavors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
