Chef - Kerala Cuisine

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef who can lead our kitchen and create authentic, flavourful dishes that reflect the soul of Kerala cooking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present traditional and contemporary Kerala dishes with consistency and creativity
• Develop and refine recipes and menus in collaboration with the management
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained at all times
• Manage kitchen operations including inventory, staff coordination, and food cost control
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
• Monitor food preparation processes and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef specializing in Kerala or Kerala cuisine
• Deep knowledge of spices, traditional cooking techniques, and authentic recipes from the region
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a kitchen team effectively
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience
