About Us:
Bake Route is an exciting new bakery brand set to open soon in Vazhakala, Ernakulam, bringing premium cakes, pastries, breads, and savouries to the community. We are building our opening team and looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives, preferably from the hospitality or F&B sector, who can help us create a warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting bakery products, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
• Explain product features, promotions, and special offers to customers.
• Manage in-store product displays to maximize sales and maintain visual appeal.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to boost revenue.
• Take and process bulk/corporate orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the display and sales area.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve products and service.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an added advantage.
