• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
• Perform housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning
• Replenish room supplies and ensure proper presentation
• Handle linen and laundry duties as required
• Report damages, maintenance needs, and safety issues promptly
• Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and operational protocols
• Deliver courteous and professional service to guests
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum English language requirement:
• IELTS overall 4.5 or
• PTE score of 33
• Ability to communicate effectively in basic English
• Good physical health and stamina for routine cleaning work
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
