Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and creative Chef with experience in millet-based and fermented baked products. As part of a fast-growing startup, you will have the opportunity to innovate, experiment, and contribute directly to product development. You will play a key role in shaping recipes that balance nutrition, flavor, and tradition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and perfect millet-based baked goods such as breads, cakes, muffins, cookies, and snacks.
• Apply fermentation techniques for creating gut-friendly, natural products.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to test new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of recipes for commercial production.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Contribute ideas for new product lines aligned with nutrition, health, and longevity.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Chef/Baker, preferably with a focus on millets and healthy baked goods.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern fermentation techniques.
• Familiarity with millet varieties (foxtail, ragi, bajra, barnyard, sorghum, etc.).
• Ability to innovate recipes using natural ingredients (without synthetic additives).
• Creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
