Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for ingredient sourcing.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Experiment with new recipes to enhance the menu and introduce seasonal specials.
Cost control :Monitoring food costs, labor expenses, and overall kitchen budget.
