Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare daily meals for students and staff as per the school-approved menu.
  • Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and suitable for children of different age groups.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with FSSAI norms.
  • Supervise kitchen assistants, helpers, and support staff.
  • Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and minimize food wastage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and food storage areas.
  • Handle special dietary requirements or allergy-related food instructions as advised.
  • Coordinate with school administration for menu planning and food quality improvement.
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
  • Follow safety protocols related to gas, electrical appliances, and kitchen equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,837.21 - ₹40,108.42 per month
