Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Chef to oversee kitchen operations and deliver high-quality meals that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong background in culinary arts, and the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and present meals according to restaurant standards and seasonal menus. Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain appropriate stock levels. Maintain cost control and assist in budgeting, pricing, and waste management. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure adherence to kitchen protocols. Collaborate with management on new menu items and promotions. Address customer feedback and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
