Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie specializing in South Indian cuisine at Sachika Hotels Guwahati. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will ensure the highest standards of food preparation and kitchen hygiene. Additional tasks include assisting with menu planning, maintaining kitchen inventory, and training junior staff.

Qualifications

• Expertise in South Indian cooking techniques and recipes
• Proficiency in kitchen management, including maintaining hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Experience in menu planning and inventory management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
