Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Prepare and cook tandoori dishes including breads (naan, roti), kebabs, grilled meats, and vegetarian items. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and effectively. Ensure consistency and quality of all food prepared at the station. Maintain mise en place, stock control, and station cleanliness. Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Assist in the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff. Follow standard recipes and portion control procedures. Monitor food storage, waste control, and rotation of stock. Innovate and contribute to menu development, particularly in the Indian cuisine section.
