Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie specializing in Pan Asian cuisine, located in Agra. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Pan Asian dishes, following recipes closely, ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role also involves inventory management, training junior kitchen staff, and collaborating with the kitchen team to innovate and introduce new menu items. The Chef de Partie is expected to uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking Pan Asian cuisine
• Knife skills, and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
• Inventory management and kitchen organization skills
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
• Strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field
• Passion for Pan Asian cuisine and continuous learning
