The company also launched "Chow's Kitchen," a Pan-Asian delivery brand, in November 2021. GNG Developers aims to provide exemplary food through specialty restaurant brands, exceptional hospitality, efficient delivery, and dine-in systems. They plan to expand to 5+ locations by the end of 2025.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chef De Partie - Pan Asian, located on-site in Agra. The Chef De Partie will oversee the preparation and presentation of Pan-Asian cuisine, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. Duties include managing kitchen staff, maintaining ingredient inventory, creating menu items, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef to innovate and improve menu offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and presenting Pan-Asian cuisine
• Kitchen management including staff supervision and inventory control
• Creativity in menu item development and innovation
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role and a culinary degree is a plus
