Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an experienced or can be fresher and motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards. Supervise and train commis chefs and kitchen assistants working in your section. Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times. Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning and development. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients for your section. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,216.69 - ₹32,700.83 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
