We are opening a new South Indian Hotel serving fresh veg & non-veg curries, biryanis, evening shawarma, tea, and snacks. We are looking for a dedicated cooking team to help us serve tasty, hygienic, and consistent food every day. Roles We Are Hiring For (3 People Total) Biryani Chef Prepare authentic veg & non-veg biryanis (Andhra style, dum biryani). Handle rice cooking, marination, and layering techniques. Ensure proper aroma, taste, and consistency every time. Curries Chef Prepare daily South Indian curries (veg & non-veg). Maintain traditional flavors with good use of spices and techniques. Ability to cook multiple items quickly during rush hours. Shawarma Chef Handle evening shawarma counter. Marinate, grill, and prepare rolls/plates. Maintain hygiene and speed in service. Responsibilities Cook assigned dishes with taste, hygiene, and speed. Manage ingredients, avoid wastage, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Work as a team and support each other during peak hours. Follow FSSAI hygiene standards and hotel rules. Assist in parcel/online orders when required. Requirements Minimum 2 year's experience in hotel/restaurant cooking. Specialty in Biryani, Curries, or Shawarma (must be confident in at least one). Ability to manage work under pressure during busy hours. Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene & safety. Honest, punctual, and ready to stay long-term. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on skill & experience). Free accommodation & food. Friendly work environment.
