Sales Agent

Job Description:

We’re looking for confident, motivated individuals to work as On-Ground B2B Sales Agents for our growing food brand. This is a 100% commission-based freelance opportunity — perfect for people who are good at face-to-face sales, enjoy fieldwork, and want to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local retail shops, restaurants and FMCG distributors
• Pitch and explain our food products in person
• Take leads from our inside sales team and meet those B2B contacts directly
• Build strong relationships with store managers/owners
• Share catalog, pricing, offers, and take orders
• Report leads met, outcomes, and follow-up needs daily

Earnings:

• 5% – 10% commission per closed sale
• Based on the volume of orders (larger B2B = higher earning)
• No fixed salary
• Expected Monthly Income: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000+ (depending on your effort and results)

Ideal Candidate:

• Confident in face-to-face B2B communication
• Comfortable with travel and field visits
• Fluent in Hindi / English / local language
• Owns a smartphone with internet
• Responsible, goal-driven, and persistent with follow-ups
• Previous FMCG or sales experience is a plus
