Field Executive Apartment Stall Operations

ArNature is a grocery brand based in Bangalore and is looking for part-time field staff to expand their reach by setting up sales stalls in apartments on weekends. Your main responsibilities will include searching for apartment stall opportunities and assisting in running these stalls on weekends. You will be required to visit apartments in person to search for opportunities and speak with security or apartment committees to explain about ArNature Grocery stall. Your tasks will also involve getting permission to set up the stall on a future weekend, collecting necessary details, maintaining records, and updating the team on each visit. Once permissions are confirmed, you will need to arrive early at the confirmed apartment, help in setting up the grocery stall, interact with residents, explain about products and same-day delivery, support packing at the end of the day, and provide a simple daily report. The salary for this position ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 rupees per month for weekend work only, with the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance. Please note that leads will not be provided, and this role involves field work only on weekends, requiring reliability and consistency. To be eligible for this role, you must be proficient in Kannada and English, have a bike or scooter for travel as no travel will be provided, possess confident and friendly communication skills, be able to speak professionally, live in Bangalore, and be willing to travel across the city. Students, part-timers, and freshers are welcome to apply. This part-time position will require approximately 12 to 16 hours of work per week on weekends only, in a day shift schedule. A performance bonus is also offered, and 100% willingness to travel is required for this in-person role.,
