Job Description

Role Overview: As a Male Chat Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist in building up the business activities by providing competitive and trustworthy customer support. You will be expected to resolve customer complaints, reach out to customers via phone, email, or social media, assist with orders and exchanges, greet customers warmly, and create daily MIS reports.
