Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or escalate cases when necessary.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and assuring timely resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems.
  • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and service protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer
  • Age criteria : 18 to 29 years
  • Required experience : Freshers to 2 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,114.86 - ₹33,331.28 per month
