Voice Sales Representative Languages Required: Bengali / Oriya / Punjabi / Hindi Candidates comfortable with English (Speaking & Writing) are preferred and will receive a higher salary package. Salary & Incentives: For regional language speakers: In-Hand Salary: ₹9,126 CTC: ₹12,121 per month For candidates proficient in English (Speaking & Writing): In-Hand Salary: ₹13,421 CTC: ₹16,897 per month Attractive Incentives Based on Performance Work Schedule: Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Day Shift) with a 9-hour rotational shift. Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries, chat support, and sales calls professionally. Communicate with customers in their preferred language. Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Maintain customer records and follow up for issue resolution or sales conversions. Achieve individual and team targets to contribute to business growth. Process Details: Customer Care Executive – Handling customer queries & resolving complaints. Chat Support Executive – Assisting customers via chat & email communication. Voice Sales Representative – Managing inbound & outbound sales calls. Requirements: Good communication skills in the required language(s). Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle customer concerns effectively. Basic computer knowledge for data entry and reporting. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or chat support is a plus. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
