Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work efficiently in a rotating schedule, adapting to different shifts as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Strong English typing and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in operating systems and familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• No prior experience is required; however, candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
