About the Role

We are a growing Chartered Accountancy practice seeking two highly skilled and motivated Team Lead Managers to head our Indian Accounting & Tax Team and Foreign Accounting & Tax Team.
The ideal candidates will be qualified Chartered Accountants with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in accounting, audit, and tax compliance across domestic and international operations.

Open Positions

1️ Foreign Accounting & Tax Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting for foreign entities in compliance with IFRS and local tax laws.
• Prepare and review foreign tax returns and ensure timely compliance.
• Liaise with international tax advisors and auditors.
• Conduct financial analysis and identify cross-border tax planning opportunities.
• Stay updated on global tax and accounting developments affecting the firm’s clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in international accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in global accounting tools and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing, cross-border compliance, and IFRS.

2️ Indian Accounting, Audit & Tax Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team handling Indian statutory audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting (Ind-AS, GAAP).
• Advise clients on tax planning, business strategy, and regulatory matters.
• Review and ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act requirements.
• Manage multiple clients and engagements, maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
• Mentor and develop team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in public practice.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and accounting standards.
• Experience with software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Syspro, Oddo, Access Tax, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client relationship skills.
