Job Description: Fresher Chartered Accountant

Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresher Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
• Taxation: Assist with tax planning and compliance, including filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Cost Management: Monitor and analyze operational costs to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Advisory: Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI membership.
• Experience: Fresher, with a broad range of experience gained during articleship.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax laws.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
