Chartered Accountant Operations

Role Overview: As a qualified Chartered Accountant joining the Operations Team at Style Baazar, your main focus will be on driving financial efficiency across procurement and operational functions. You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, cost optimization, vendor management support, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis to monitor procurement costs, margins, and operational efficiency. - Partner with the procurement team to evaluate vendor proposals, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analyses. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for procurement and operational expenses. - Develop MIS reports for management, highlighting operational KPIs, savings opportunities, and cost deviations. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in procurement and operations. - Collaborate with internal audit and control teams to ensure proper checks in operational finance. - Provide financial insights to support decision-making on vendor negotiations, procurement contracts, and inventory planning. Qualification Required: - Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost optimization, and compliance with accounting standards. - Experience in vendor management, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting would be beneficial.
