Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Floor Manager, located on-site in Dadri. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing staff, ensuring the floor is running efficiently and effectively. Tasks include monitoring inventory, coordinating with different departments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, evaluating staff performance, and implementing policies and procedures to improve service quality.
