Chartered Accountant – Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal audit engagements across various industries.
• Review internal controls, risk management systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with practical recommendations.
• Work closely with clients to understand processes and provide advisory support.
• Guide and mentor junior staff members.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 2–4 years of relevant Internal Audit experience (post-articleship).
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work from the Kochi office.

Compensation:

• ₹40,000 per month (fixed)
• Additional profit share based on performance & firm growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
